ENGINEERING REVIEW

Engineering review starts with the system overview, followed by a part-by-part detail of the design, followed by an understanding of the assemble method for the system. Part-by-part design

The engineering review starts by checking every part of a product one by one. All the parts are individually validated for correctness in design, along with simultaneous checks to make sure they are compliant with the latest industry standards.

Assembly method/Assemblability

In this phase, every component of the system/product is checked for the ease of assembling, by checking the tolerance values. Dimensions and correct placement of coupling and bolting facilities are also examined. Also, check if there are any special tools required to assemble the product.

Datum structure

It’s a fundamental building block for a part design. Datum structure establishes how parts are linked with other parts in order to make an assembly, and it helps establish the manufacturing procedure. For each part, our engineers demonstrate the logic of the datum structure of the part, while reviewed by a panel of senior professionals.

Part strength

Based on high-level theoretical views, combined with predefined datasets, the strength and structural rigidity of a part are examined. This determines what type of loads the part can withstand. Thus, eliminating the usage of the wrong material and the potential to failure during operation.
